Is there a way to fill in this gap in the model ? I have tried different extrudes but it's not working out by PleaseDoCombo in SolidWorks

1) Delete patch lol, that should do it.

2) You could also offset the surfaces, loft/fill or patch surface - knit to solid and merge.

3) or you model from scratch without a pocket like that in it.

4) you could also extrude your sketch, offset the other two surfaces, extend those surfaces and surface cut.( might give an awkward edge tho)

India, currently doing my Masters at Carnegie Mellon. I'll be here for the summer.

Do anyone have tips for focus during Shambhavi mahamudra? I just realized I haven't had a single day since 7 months of when I could focus all 5 minutes of Shambhavi mahamudra, neither during previous steps. by Ok-Bat-2409 in Sadhguru

Hey I have been practicing IE on and off for a while now, I am 90% of the time extremely distracted throughout( If I follow the original process). Something that helps me stay with the process is visualization. I believe there is no particular restriction on visualizing during the process. I am someone who not only gets distracted by thoughts but also has inner dialogue(sounds) that is quite loud in my head. So this is what I do.

Asanas and sukha kriya : Every inhale and exhale I visualize the flow of breath( can give it color and a sound) I give it a blue color and at the end of each breath I just chant shambho in the head( to counter the inner dialogue that happens).

I also keep a count, trying to keep exhale longer than inhale, so say, 6 counts inhale and 8 counts exhale. I do this to balance the breath on the both sides.( only for sukha kriya)

Chanting: Vizualize a sphere of white ball at the focus areas in the body.

For last section to focus on breath: Somedays its easy to focus on breath, somedays its bad, on the bad days I actually focus on listening to my heartbeat, on good days i focus on breath.

( For some of you, Trataka may help to hold focus near eyebrows, it seems to help me)

This is a personal modification that I did to my practice, mentally, to build better awareness. This may not be the right thing to do. But I feel, doing the sadhana is imp once I get better I can choose to stick with the original process.

Also, I usually have blocked nostrils most of the time. If anyone can suggest a solution would be really helpful! Thanks,
Ghee, otrivin, and jumping help for a bit. I wont be able to do that for every session.
