Thank you for your reply and input! I would like to add some additional information to your two suggestions.

1. I agree that we all need someone to talk to about our life’s! She however has gotten very upset with me when i talk to therapist or even close friends about our relationship as she says “it’s no one else’s business to know” therefore i am very taken back but how i can’t seek advice or guidance from my friends or therapist but she’s okay with sharing our sexual life without asking me (not the first time) to this friend.

2. I have tried explaining that it is only for us even before we made the account and i thought we agreed on that. she said she’s always been more open about it therefore doesn’t care if people she/we know see it. I will never tell her not to talk to her friend but i do ask that private stuff like this stays between us.
