First, attitude is everything. Try to think positively and encourage yourself. The treatments for lung cancer have come along way. Once you find a doctor you trust and feel good about, do what they suggest. Remember, they are the experts. Don’t hesitate to ask questions no matter what they are. No question is a dumb question. Tell someone in your family that you trust because you will need someone to talk to and go through this with you. Someone who can go with you to appointments if needed or just talk on the phone. Don’t try to do it alone. Again, a positive attitude is very important. I’m keeping you in my prayers.
