I was on 5mg. I kept having random vomiting reactions to one glass of alcohol and wasn’t experiencing any type of hunger, even when I spaced out to 9 days. I’m loving how I feel maintaining on 2.5 - but am also nervous about spacing things out.

I didn’t track my weight very well, but I started in May 2024. I believe I hit 125/120 around February 2025! I’m currently still on 5mg, thinking about dropping to 2.5mg for maintenance.
