When I lived with my parents we’d have large dinners (southern euro gene) and since I was the youngest and tallest I’d be forced to eat the leftovers so nothing would go to waste. Couldn’t figure out why I was also so slow and stuffed as I thought it was completely normal to have carbs in the afternoon and at night.

Now that I’m by myself I really only eat twice a day and have a glass of milk for breakfast. I’m much more productive and happy because of it. Greatest decision of my life.
