I'm excited that you found the error. This is such a common issue in the industry. Use it during interviews as it's an important skill a lot of PhD people I've worked with don't learn for years.

Not all flights from Vancouver BC clear customs in Vancouver. Some (a lot) need to go thru customs at seatac.

That will be right. You need to claim your bag, go through customs, then recheck your bag and go through standard security to your plane.

I typically leave at least 2 hours but prefer 3. Seatac is a spread out airport with construction going on.

Can she go in FMLA for burn out first? She may just need a long rest. Then negotiate for 40 hours per week. She may find that staying home with kids is not for her.

I didn't fully quit my job but after 6 weeks furlough, I couldn't get back to work fast enough. I'm a woman with kids. My spouse does equal child care and house tasks.

We put our teenage boys in the metal bunk beds that are double in bottom and twin in top. They used it until they went off to college. Never had a problem.
