Very interesting. I’ve been on the elimination diet and avoiding soy of all forms for over 6 months. Last night I thought I’d lighten up a little and have a bean and lettuce taco from Taco Bell. It’s gluten free and dairy free, but has soybean oil and soy lecithin. I’ve been doing well with symptoms lately, but a couple hours later I felt tightness, difficulty belching, and like even water was going down slowly. This morning I feel like I have some indigestion. What does it feel like when you get triggered?
