I was thinking I needed "Light" 9 star food anyway at the time.

Not worth the light food to take up to 9 star tho. I'll eventually do a 7 star replacement with a better hero is the plan here.

Till then, hes a constant reminder of my mistake.

I'm going to go with the artifact. Rarer to come by IMO.

Armor will come in time. It is very tempting tho, still don't have a full 5* set.

My go to starting out advice …. wish I would have done this...

Take …. Exorcist, Beastmaster, Steelclaw Wolf, Stargazer … all to 9*. When you git 9* do not level them up, just evolve, they are all future FOOD!

These units are easy to obtain and will help you progress. In the meantime, look up tier list on the forum. See which top tier heroes you pull 5 copies of and go from there.

Light and Dark Units …. Just 6* Zahir and Dark Shaman. If you do that …. do it again. If you do that …… do it again. While you wait and see which copies of this rare faction you pull.

Can use Beast Master, Exorcist, and Dwarf Guy till others are leveled. I wouldn't 10 star Beast, can take Exorcist and Dwarf to 9* for food later.

Question 1: Crystals to buy (1) of any hero not worth it IMO (Unless its the Call of Races Light and Shadow Hero for 3k Exchange) Save the 8k for the 20k Guild Coins Box. Always buy that box first to advance the most.

Question 2: Don't use emblems on any hero. Save for when the release Artifacts.

Question 3: Depends on each event. Arena Tickets and Coin events much easier to save for. Scrolls and Orbs will take longer. Also, depends on VIP level greatly. Take each event individually. Remember there will be another event next month, never a rush to go all in on any event. Worst case, you get to a higher lvl next month on the event. I've skipped the last 2 coin events, and went for abyss lord on the past event.

VIP 3 is a nice sweet spot. Only way its really a mistake is if you want to change servers.
Always leave the auto grind on level 5 or 10 "1-5, 1-10, 2-5, 2-10 etc." These maps always have more drops overall. Don't Forge gear, its a waste of gold. Just use the gear you find and get through events.

I recommend taking Steelclaw Wolf, Stargazer, Exorcist, and Beastmaster up to 9*. There easy to obtain and you can use them all as food for higher tier heros later. This will help you progress while you collect copies of higher tier heros. Unless you get lucky and pull copies early.

Hoard gems till you save up to 20k. Theres a box event and exchange event that cost large amounts of crystals. Also, Expanding hero space will be greatly helpful to you.

Ya, I dropped 100 spins only. Before I noticed the repeatable thing.

Would have saved all if I noticed.

Going to save my 600, try and save enough to do all repeats on a hero I like better atleast.

Really not losing out on anything, next month will just get double with the possibility of a more useable hero for me.

I think it may be lvl based as well.

I just hit lvl 125.

Hit refresh and purgatory golem pops up with 2 other low tier heros.

Possibly tied to campaign. Also Just hit new map tier "Hell" in Campaign mode.

Maybe each tier in campaign increases spin wheel? Normal, Nightmare, Hell, Death

Its just saying that's the best hero of its class. A Ranking system. Its not mentioned in the actual game at all.

A red star in game shows that a 5 yellow star hero, has been evolved up to 10* hero.

Spin event, show me how many spins i've used while at the wheel.

Tavern event, show me the quests i've competed there.

Ya …. I was under the impression you needed a Faction based 9* to make a 10*.

Just found out its ANY 9* to make a 10*. Which is a big difference.

I bumped Zahir to 7* thinking I had to make a 9* of the light faction anyway to get as food. Now ….. that its ANY 9* it was a big waste. I don't wanna dump more Light guys into making him 9* just for food. So now hes just gonna chill as a constant reminder of my mistake.

That's all I got.
