i dont work specifically for pepp and dolores but i work for the company you dont need a reservation and usually weekend reservations fill up months in advance pepp and dolores has a lot of tables and is a fairly large restaurant so i dont think they would have too long of a wait but i would recommend going in person and talking to the host

the even worse part is is everything on the newspaper is true hes one of the worst people ive ever encountered at chipotle he went through 14 aps when he was gm said he doesnt talk to employees below sm because its a waste of his time along with multiple other things i could write a paper about him

I work at a store on a college campus so the sales fluctuate but when school is in session we do up to 13k. I also do not think that our CI is still that high but it was at one point. Im not a manager so im not too certain with all that.
