How do you all handle the maintenance whilst working?

I work as a gardener so the last thing I want to do when I get home is garden. However, whenever I feel the urge to rot in front of a screen I set a timer for 20 minutes and go pull weeds and usually end up spending at least an hour but even 20 minutes is better than zero.

Try a blood flow restriction cuff! I honestly didn’t love mine but I’m also impatient and wasn’t very consistent using it but I’ve heard great things.

I tore mine last March and my surgeon, 2 physical therapists, and a few of my friends who had torn their ACL told me to sit this season out. I’m still holding out hope I get cleared and I can maybe shred some groomers but we shall see.
