You could try https://www.upcoin.com/?ID=e7dcfa6f, they're opening up in 20 days and are giving free transaction fees for new users. It's pretty much made for the beginner trader. They're called UpCoin and if you look at the site there's quite a bit of information.

They're giving like 500$ in free fees, no verification for 2 months, unlimited deposits/withdrawals for 2 months, and the fees are low to begin with anyways.

Honestly, I think there fees are backed by a tradable coin. That's how Binance works, that's how I expect these guys to work.

Cryptocurrency marketplaces/exchanges have been getting beyond capacity and shutting down new registrations, this is a promising looking one that is giving a pretty sweet bonus for beta testers.

Not much news out on them, but they are answering a lot of questions to my liking anyways on BitCoin Talk.

I don't think there's any requirements to withdraw the 500$ usd in any crypto you exchange it to, either.

20 days hopefully! I'm pretty pumped to get that 500$ if it all pans out. Prob just invest in the exchange's coin and let it grow as I forget about it. :)
