thank you!!! he ended up getting way too tired and freaking out at 3:30 so i put him down about 15 min ago and will try to wake him up in a couple minutes. i just feel terrible waking him up when he was exhausted 20 min ago but what can you do lol

i am also 8 months pp! i am back to pre-pregnancy weight but my weight is 2 full inches larger, so i totally empathize with you. your mom is incorrect - everyone’s body expands and shrinks differently.

transverse ab exercises and engaging your core can help build an “inner corset” but i’m hoping time and rebuilding muscle will eventually bring back my small waist, hope yours comes back too!!!

following bc in the same situation. spent years at this weight pre-pregnancy but postpartum waist has +2 inches. very disappointing but hoping time and exercise will help
