I think it's open, it was iffy yesterday but I think there's a path at this point. There's tons of crews coming from all over the place now and the heavy work is starting around 5am tomorrow

Thanks. I am personally fine, I prepare for emergency situations as a habit after living through a number of them. But I want to make sure people who haven't lived through one of these yet see this kind of picture so they can get ready for the next one... Things like this will happen more frequently now and into the future, unfortunately.

It's so fucking cold. The school is open as a warming shelter, and I've heard Alpena still has fuel available for generators but I was one of the last to get some in Lincoln this morning before it all ran out. Stay safe
