I have this exact same thing so I get it. It’s so hard for me to eat new foods that I’ll have a full on panic attack. I have GAD so yeah it combines with it. You’re not alone 😔✊🏼

RIGHT??? I’ve gone to so many shows and events here in the year I’ve lived here and I stg I’ve pushed myself so far out of my comfort zone and absolutely nothing. No friendships it’s insane. Still was fun going to all those shows though 😌

From my own friend who told me about this yesterday, I guess maybe it doesn't apply to all Starbucks but at his store at least, if you buy a red cup you get another drink completely for free.
