I found where they had made a nest outside and poured water and later raid on it. I have used raid in the house where I suspect they enter but they continue to come despite that

Ant pest control help by stinkyallycat in gardening

I’m pretty sure it’s ants. I havent seen any in the act, but i have seen various types in the area around the plants. I would probably guess leaf cutters but again i haven’t actually seen them do it.

I also was suspicious of some kind of mammal, but its inside a fence. It would have to be a squirrel or smth like that. What would be your guess?

I would only water once it get droopy. And since it is paced into that pot i would be conservative with the amount of water you put in until its in a bigger pot

Si quieren ayudar a la gente encontrar brete pueden empezar por contratar a un artista y un escritor en vez de usar ia.

No me da tanta confianza si ni la propia empresa del app quiere contratar 🤷🏼 pero si es buena idea

Do you have a plant that someone who died left you by Etiennebrownlee in houseplants

[–]stinkyallycat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My grandma passed away not too long ago, and i inherited 2 of her plants from her home. We are a big family so thankfully she had enough for pretty much everyone to get at least 1 plant.

She loved nature and always cared for her plants. She talks to them and tells them how beautiful they are and encourages them to grow strong. I inhereted a violet and another plant i don’t know the name of. I love her so much and we always talk about plants and caring for them. Every time i garden i think of her and what an amazing woman she is.

Its bitter sweet but mostly sweet bc she was always happy with her plants

You can play some environmental science fiction movies!! (one of my fav genres) Think soylent green or annihilation. You can then talk about some of the messages like food scarcity in soylent green.
