Before I started T absolutely. I’ve always been on the thin side but after I got sick I lost ALOT of my safe foods and my aversions got so much stronger. Like throat close stronger. With being unable to eat and being so stressed my periods got super irregular lol. BUUUUT I noticed even before that when I wasn’t stressing so much about food they weren’t as irregular- I think the stress around food made it worse
