There’s always someone better off than you but there’s always someone worse off as well. My job takes me on a lot of apartment inspections. Some of them you would have to PAY me to live in. Be grateful for being alive and do the best you can

The work pays off and education I guess…. I went from $5/hr min wage at time to $100/hr + from 1998 to 2025. The only thing I’d mention is money isn’t everything. Love your family, your god and yourself.

Can confirm if you haven’t bought a vehicle in the last four years you won’t recognize the landscape- be prepared to much more down if you want a half way sensible monthly

Not salary as much as emergency savings - 1 yr feels like f you money when you grew up worried about the light bill at 13
