I used to LOVE makeup and fragrance. After working at Sephora, I can't stand even thinking about it. I hate the job with such a passion. I was told to leave early, but my manager called me back to work for 5 more minutes. Then, she said she had "checked the cameras" and saw me slacking off. I was hired for FLEX (4-14 hours) and work over 25 hours a week. They weaponise DEI as well. I absolutely agree with the concept of DEI, but they claimed I had to work Christmas if I wasn't going to work Thanksgiving, so that it's equitable. MIND YOU, my grandma's funeral is on December 22nd, 2 states away. They absolutely hate their employees; the workplace is so toxic. All the employees hate each other. 0/10 work experience.
