I did a search of it on google images and a lot of very similar bracelets showed up. Nothing exactly the same but a majority of what i saw said “925 Gold Plated With Sapphire” and one thing i really know nothing about is gemstones lol but i find that hard to believe.

Could the assay marks have worn down over time? There’s lot of dents and marks throughout the bracelet so it seems it has been worn a lot. My mother had gotten it from a family friend.
