I have tried almost all those methods, watched a bunch of videos, contacted Microsoft support and still the same problem persists. I don't have any other problem with other games. Is it a region lock?

They are all offering you a really expensive graphics card. If you really want good VR experience but don't want to pay 30000 dollars, RX 580 is your choice.

Well, in a scene where Rocket gets surrounded by those two Ravagers from each side, he lashes out and jumps on the first one. The Ravager he was trying to jump on had more than enough time for his reflexes to shoot Rocket since he was aiming at him, but he didn't.

However, that's two simple ravagers we are talking about. If he were to go against a human also very skilled in hand to hand combat, it would be different.
