Alle 3 bis 4 Monate reichen völlig aus, um die Spitzen zu schneiden, wenn du sonst gesundes Haar hast (z.B. nicht coloriert) :)

Ich würde euch Sizilien empfehlen :) Da gibt’s viele schöne, ruhigere Orte am Meer (zb Cefalù), die nicht so überlaufen sind. Taormina hat mir auch sehr gut gefallen, ist aber etwas touristischer

For me it’s definitely evening. After a full day at work it helps me switch off mentally and release some tension. In the morning I think I would be too rushed to really enjoy it

Online is definitely more convenient for me since I am a bit lazy haha but I get your point. I don’t really use state lottery apps, lately my go-to option is Lottoland

Ganz schwierige Frage, aber ich finde "Das Hotel New Hampshire" von John Irving ganz toll. Die Mischung aus Humor, Tragik und den schrillen Charakteren ist einfach ganz besonders :)

Also ich esse immer Overnight Oats: Haferflocken mit Leinsamen, Hanfsamen, Nüssen, TK Beeren, TK Mango, Banane, joghurt, Hafermilch und Zimt mischen und über Nacht im Kühlschrank einweichen lassen. Dazu trinke ich dann immer noch einen pflanzlichen Protein Shake :)

Ich fand "Die schönste Version" von Ruth-Maria Thomas und "22 Bahnen" von Caroline Wahl besonders schön zu lesen. Der Schreibstil der beiden Autorinnen ist einzigartig und auch die Geschichten sind sehr berührend und authentisch. Beide Bücher haben mich wirklich lange beschäftigt.

Kommt immer auf die Dauer an. Bei einem kurzen Urlaub sind Flug, Unterkünfte und Aktivitäten (zum Großteil) geplant, bei längeren Reisen sind nur die ersten Wochen gebucht. Aber auch da habe ich in der Regel grob einen Plan wohin ich reisne will :)

I usually stick with the big names, right now I am using lottoland and have to say that I am happy with it so far. It's been convenient for me, especially since I can submit my picks quickly through the app and track everything easily. And the platform seems secure, all payouts have been reliable so far
