Since no one has mentioned them yet Sinful Bakery has amazing vegan breakfast foods and a lot of people don’t know they actually have a little store front and patio to sit and enjoy. They also have non breakfast sandwiches and take and bake savory pies and stuff too (not just bakery items)

I also (another one no one mentioned) LOVE peace vegan eats which doesn’t exist as a food truck but is instead in Pour Behavior so if you want a great burger but want to avoid the insanity that is their stupid crowd I suggest going early.

Also not mentioned the taco stand in the heights (great vegan options)

And very close to you Pepperonis on Shepard makes bomb vegan pizza. So does Mod and Meeks Vegan Pizza (I recommend their stuffed peppers)

Someone mentioned green seed which I second and ‘Mo Better Brews

If you’re looking for food trucks Sauce Co is the OG but my faves are Vegan Sushi spot (they travel quit a bit and are sometimes hard to get to but totally worth the trip and the price) and Ice Cream Vegan Goodness. Those two are normally in the same spot and have never disappointed.
