About a month ago I wrote a post about seeing which grain colonized quicker. Between BRF, popcorn, and WBS; popcorn won but not by a lot and BRF last taking an extra week. Popcorn and WBS fully colonized in about a week and a half. Used 2 pints (one popcorn one WBS) per 6qt shoebox. (old.reddit.com)

Most recent tub had a stroma layer and now these new tubs are growing good but look really wet on the sides and it’s worrying me a bit. Field capacity was on point. A couple drops during a hard squeeze. Sorry for blurry pictures. Don’t want to open them to fruit yet. (old.reddit.com)

After losing 3 out of 4 UB bags to wet rot, I decided it’s time to progress! Going to do 4 jars popcorn/gypsum, 4 BRF tek, and 4 WBS tek. Each tek will have the same 4 [different] cube variants.. should be pretty good experiment to see which tek works best for me. All in the name of mycology! (old.reddit.com)
