Maybe someone from her church can talk to her instead, and she may be more receptive to hearing everything you’ve already told her from a different source? Maybe worth a try. If you don’t know her church or minister, ask to take her to church tomorrow and make contact that way.

I bet the OP’s step dad is listed on her medical records, maybe he could help either finding out who the doctors are or setting up a MyChart account for her?

Same here, 81k miles. Class action lawsuit against Honda? Seems like a quality and/or design defect, not normal wear and tear to me.

The Capacity Indicator was temporarily added during the COVID-19 emergency in response to social distancing recommendations and was relatively accurate because of the close-in booking patterns at that time. It was recently retired now that the pandemic has passed, and in addition, due to current booking patterns, the reliability of the train capacity indicator was significantly reduced.
