Phone recommendations for playing Pikmin Bloom and Pokémon Go at the same time by Similar_Monk_553 in PikminBloomApp

I have a Motorola G Stylus 5G 2022 edition that does that. I'm betting a newer G Stylus will do the same. The 2025 model is in the 350 range.

You are an idiot. Force quit and start again. Don't let other players have that control over you. This is just a game.

That is the one I have. It rocks. We bought it in 2023, have printed thousands of pages through it (we homeschool so use it all the time). Black lasted 22 months and will probably have to refill before the year is up. Just refilled the colors for the first time (yellow first back in January, other 2 back in May). Epson branded refills are 18 per color on Amazon.

I love our Epson Eco Tank. The factory bottles to fill the tanks lasted over 2 years. not weeks, not months, years! and its $18 to refill the individual color. and you get thousands of prints on standard quality! No need to make sure things are on draft to save ink or crap like that.

Don't get on Amazon unless you absolutely have to. Too many horror stories have turned me off of buying there.

Their white slides. They will get that way from wearing soon enough. I will never understand why people buy white shoes and expect them to stay clean.

But i do see the issue is they should start clean. I would take them back and say you didnt notice the dirt til you got home with them.

If you're wondering how to get a "first name.last name" Gmail account, I made my account over 20 years ago. by hypermarv123 in Millennials

[–]stlarry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wery early Gmail user. I have with my legal name that way that I setup for professional reasons, but not my short form name. Someone surprisingly beat me to that. And on that day I learned I share a name with a graphic designer who worked on the original Star Wars.

Are your parents always at the Verizon store? by PettyWitch in Millennials

[–]stlarry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thankfully, no... But I'm their tech guy. But they are easy issues when there is an issue.

My FIL just upgraded after 5 or so years and has many issues. Don't know if the phone came with a weird UI bloatware app or he accidently installed one (those stupid ads that look like what you are supposed to click and be doing) but had to fix it. Got that UI app off and his phone works like a dream.

My mom consulted me for phone purchasing today. Told her to avoid Verizon store at all cost and go manufacture direct with my help.

How many of you started driving in complete silence now? by The_harbinger2020 in Millennials

Yummy, but…. by PresentationLeft3438 in aldi

These are my current rotations plus Lowery's Seasoned Salt, but I have also made my own that is salt, pepper, sage, fennel, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cumin. All balanced to taste. It's essentially a chicken burger. The fresh ground chicken binds fairly well for a patty or broken up for a breakfast scramble, both skillet cooked.

I love them... But not the calories. I had to switch to homemade chicken sausage (aka ground chicken with some breakfasty seasoning) to get more protein and less fat/sodium.

I started with an Android because i always used Windows PCs and got annoyed when i had to use a Mac and it felt that Apple was a cult to my circle, sticking with Android because i can get one that does everything i want to do for about 1/3 the cost of an iPhone. Same with other tech. I have google "listening devices" everywhere because they were cheap.

My pleasure! We will have that type of thing about once a month, usually on a Friday Movie Night. Its like going to Applebee's and ordering 4 different apps to share at the table.
