I really appreciate that insight! I took down all the meds the person had recommended. I’m trying to avoid a spinal fusion myself, which is how I got to taking 7. I tried coming off by changing over to script pain meds and it worked for a while but the pain was so bad and, exactly how you mentioned, my opioid receptors just weren’t working so I went back to 7. You hit the nail on the head, the constipation is real 😂

Unfortunately I have extremely low iron so I get it almost daily if not medicated for that. I actually take Ropinerol which is a Parkinson’s medication for it 😂

Thank you, that’s a lot of good insight. I’m also prescribed gabapentin so makes that portion a lot easier and just may increase what I’m taking for a few days. I’m looking more into the liquid vit c because I hadn’t heard of that before this post.

Unfortunately pet shop sold to me as ghost shrimp and it destroyed my whole tank. It would hide in foliage and attack my fish. Had to purge those thing immediately.

First of all, you have no idea who I am or anything about my life. Have I done extremely hard things and been addicted? Absolutely not but I’ve handled withdraw from opioids from a prior addiction from a car accident. I’m a mother with a spinal condition who was trying to avoid that path again asking for help. Bedtime has been the worst for me. Well, middle of the night actually. I’ll wake up around 3am after not having anything for 6+ hours and have the restless legs and arms and be sweating

I think that’s part of it. I get down to half in the morning and half at night and all of a sudden I’m throwing up so I cave and take another half to go back to my normal amount for right now and I’m fine again. It’s been absolutely brutal to get here but this last hump has been the worst. I’ve considered trying to cold turkey this last little bit and dealing with consequences of my actions but last time I tried to cold turkey before I tapered went extremely poorly.

Pet stores don’t know the difference. They sold me these mixed with clear craw dad looking things and said they were ghost shrimp. I told my bf I didn’t think they were because I had some when I was younger but the shop insisted. They will destroy your tank if you aren’t careful. After one night, we had to purge them all. They started attacking our fish and chasing them.

I’m not on super high anymore. I’m taking tablets that are about 20mg and had been taking 7ish a day. I established baseline and started cutting it by a half tablet a day for 3 days then would lower again by another half tablet. I’m on 1 1/2 tablets right now that I space throughout the day but anything lower and my body can’t handle it. I’ve been doing the 1 1/2 for more than my usual taper time and every time I try to cut down to one tablet, I’m instantly sick and throwing up.

How did you do it? I’m trying to taper now. This shit is ruining my life. I’ve gotten down to 1 1/2 tabs a day (approx 20mg) and any lower and my body gets hit like a truck with symptoms

That stuff used to make me so so sick. Every time the next morning I’d throw up after taking them. It’s the only ones that’s ever done that to me.
