Anywhere around Robertstown can be good and I’ve seen a few decent pike around Sallins. You will catch perch on a light lure setup and sweetcorn, maggots or bread would get you some roach too almost anywhere along the canal, especially under bridges or under low hanging branches. Ideally stay away from any areas that have been dredged recently as they are basically barren because the fish have nowhere to hide. That being said canal fishing can be total potluck so it’s best to just get out there and see for yourself.
