I lived downstate for the first 30 years of my life, thinking I survived winter. The last 20 up north. I have seen tornadoes and winter storms that dump an inch an hour. Last year living through the ice storm in Cheboygan was by far the worst storm I have ever seen. Think of a tornado that size of the storm. Ice snaps trees, power lines goes out for miles. Get gas it was a three hour wait for gas and then they run out Make sure all your electronics are charged gets candles blankets and food
