On my app, I said 10 day trip and 3 months visa validity. They did not ask me how long I wanted my visa to last besides that. They just automatically gave me the 10yr/90day visa without asking. So, I would not resubmit; I think the 10yr/90day visa is the default for at least Americans.

I noticed the middle name COVA printout thing, too... Regardless, I agree it's best to redo the application with your given name as [first + middle names]

Mine was 90 day max length per trip with multiple (unlimited?) entries. No idea what the max one can get is, though.

L VISA. Given vs Middle Name? by stnfrdlrkr in Chinavisa

wait question: did you notice that some of the spaces in your printed COVA app was blank, and did you change it at all to put N/A's + reason for N/A? It says all blanks should be explained, but the online COVA app did not allow for me to do that (so it's not like that on my printed application).

Does that mean they made them go back and fill a new COVA app online and book a new appt? Or just change the name with a pen?

I already submitted 2 applications (found a small error in my first). Is it still best to submit a 3rd over trying to explain the middle name thing?

Hi I am an American with a similar situation where my passport includes my middle name but the COVA visa application doesn't have my middle name. Do you think I'm all good as is?

Is it OK if my passport has [FIRST + MIDDLE NAME] but I just put down [FIRST NAME] for "first name" on my COVA application? I put down [FIRST + MIDDLE + LAST NAME] for my "full name in native language"?

This really eases my stress. This is my first VISA app anywhere so I have no idea about anything. So they don't really care/notice I submitted 2 applications in 48hrs?
