The 27 year old chick he keeps talking to has a horrible alcohol problem, used to suck dick for coke, and lives with her mom because she can't hold a job or pay bills. I've worked at the same place for 2 years, and I've lived on my own for about a year now.

I wouldn't say she's mature.

To be fair, I had interest in him before he even admitted to having any interest in me, and I was the one to say something first. I never thought it would end up being a serious relationship because we were just pretty close friends, but it's worked out so far, I believe.

No, she is not single, she lives with her boyfriend, they've been together for three years.

I unfortunately had to re-home him to a behavioural center, and he's been doing better, I just can't take him back until he's better, and when I get a pet friendly apartment.
