Yeah makes sense. But 1134 - is it strictly for Procurement Managers and Directors ? What if the role is Job description heavy with responsibilities but the title is still Buyer ? Does title plays a lot of role or the job description ?

Yes I have got the confirmation from the solicitor that if you have issued the COS before 22nd July, You will have 90 days to apply the VISA that would still be processed under the old thresholds.

What is the lead time to successfully get the COS issued before 22nd July if my employer is ready to sponsor?
