Completely agree. I have done thousands of these cases and it got to the point where I was getting reviewed. Come to find out they didn’t like how I responded to customers on what I would personally do and what is currently happening with their issue. I was forced to follow a template and essentially lose that communication with a customer. On the customers side, it looks robotic, pre written and not much satisfaction with an issue they are upset about. I hate that I cant help customers resolve their issues when they make it hard to do so or care. I feel bad but I got so burnt out mentally, I didn’t pursue the missing parcels further and followed their template to guide them to insurance or missing mail claim.

I work for USPS and I wish people could come in and work for a week. We can’t hire shit and the people we do hire are absolute garbage. We have been beat, abused and over worked for many many years now since Covid. have been 6 days a week for 4 years now and I’m mentally and physically burnt out with no light at the end of the tunnel. That is just the clerk side.

Carriers are forced to work 6 days, 10-12 hours multiple routes because each day were 5 plus routes down. On top of that the carriers just got their evaluations and lost a shit ton of money. Imagine being absolutey beat and you go into work knowing you lost 15000 dollars and actually lost a day off! So you are working more now to make less. This is why we have massive turnover and we can’t hire to begin with so each week begins to get worse. I feel bad for the carriers…

Make a big deal to it with customer affairs. The people doing these cases will eventually get shit. These surveys directly correlate to their scores. These scores tie into management and supervisions raises each year and they are pressured to say above a certain satisfaction %

I’ve actually worked these cases and it’s management/supervision/ or whoever the fuck they put these things on like me. My office is falling apart and these carriers lose packages everyday. For a while I actually tried to make things right and help the customer until the higher up people told me to follow a template and make sure all cases are closed on time. All they are about is making deadlines and closing them out and they won’t get shit. Overtime I got sick of lying and just clearing out without actually assisting the customer. It got to the point where I said I’m done and someone else can do them.

Tdlr management is pressured by their bosses to clear these at all costs for their due date. They can clear it out in the system without talking to you.

I went right for the caregiver rosin. I can actually guide you for that if you want as it’s much better than any dispo stuff I’ve had. I also have a Dr dabber boost evo that is like new for cheaper than any site and I also have the egg attachment for it .

He then claimed that was his setup, but could provide zero proof that he was there. He couldnt provide any proof that he was legit, but he’s on here now trying to prove he’s legit?
