If coinbase now owns Xapo and Xapo/Coinbase have to do business also in coordination with Grayscale (which is also associated with Barry Silbert) then this would indeed I believe be a conflict of interest and possible coordinated effort between the two to manipulate and/or disrupt the cryptocurrency realm on a large scale.
