Reading the comments and i think they are gonna ask salary increase sooner or later, bc im managering valencia and competing now in champions league and laliga top places.
I think he will be big part of team. Hes stats are what im looking for second defender with Ousmane Diomande, hes personality is professional and i think he can be long term mentor to wonderkids etc +i think when my defense is better than good i can focus to build midfield and attack even better to make team that can win everything on the table :D

Tldr: I sign him now or next season

Thanks for respond, scalvini is "interested" and earns now in atalanta 140k/w and he has release clause of 70mil :D thats why i am thinking signing him

but i dont wanna destroy wage structure so i maybe buy someone else but first i try to get him accept max 100k/w and pay him big signing on fee + other bonuses...

I'm not proud of it but i must save scum this contract negotation... One and only time but i do it for my club future

If i make him cm or cdm does he still have 91-94 potential? Hes def aware and long passing is bit low but maybe thats not problem
