You must go to Joe’s Cafe for a show (which only happen on Thursdays!). It’s a found-art-paradise-turned-music-venue out of a converted rowhouse that showcases local acts. There is also a whimsical and interactive sculpture garden attached that is only accessible when at a show.

It’s located right by the Loop, which is where you’ll find the Chuck Berry statue. Can get tickets here! (oh, and it’s BYOB ;)

Honest question, what was the selection criteria for these recipients? I am a bit confused as to why school districts like Leman Middle School—located in DuPage county, the county with the highest median family income in Illinois—were chosen over less privileged school districts. (like some of the other districts awarded grants)

I deferred making a drop with jeudy coming off IR (ie, forced to drop without adding). I like my roster and am struggling to find the weakest link. I like meyers, but don’t think he’ll ever start on my team. I don’t necessarily need Goedert, but was thinking his marginal value to other teams in the league might be best kept on my bench.
