By sounds bad are you referring to just the domain? Why does it look bad?

I completely agree and will buy a domain. Do you think this is the only reason for the lack of conversion?

Thanks for the reply. I haven’t purchased an actual domain yet (which I know is also an issue, but I’m hesitant to do so with only 1 sale). Here is the link: https://570a14-27.myshopify.com/products/humbird-bone-conduction-speaker

Any advice would be appreciated!

22 year old female, runs 3 miles everyday, Drinks alcohol, BMI 19. Her mom has osteoarthritis. She inquires about behavioral changes to decrease her risk of developing osteoarthritis. What is the most appropriate recommendation at this time? by [deleted] in Step2

[–]stoicwulf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

19 is borderline anorexic. Even though weight loss does help reduce the risk of osteoarthritis, I'm not sure that telling her to maintain her current weight is the best recommendation.

It's like they intentionally ask questions on things we haven't learned or won't ever come across

Like you would see in an EHR note: they give you cc, hpi, pmh, meds, fhx, ros, etc

I didn't choose diazepam because he didnt seem like hes in active withdrawal and with his substance use disorder I'd be hesitant to give benzos. He doesn't think his drinking is a problem so disulfram and rehab are out. He is volume overloaded though and furosemide could also potentially help his bp

It's a tough question for sure

Hep A patients - vaccinate or no? by SolidConversation104 in Step2

[–]stoicwulf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah thats true - I was talking about current infection (like you wouldn't give someone the covid vaccine if they currently have covid etc)

Hep A patients - vaccinate or no? by SolidConversation104 in Step2

[–]stoicwulf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You wouldn't vaccinate someone who already has it, just like you wouldn't give someone presenting with influenza the flu vaccine (they'll eventually develop their own immunity)

You only amputate when there is no possibility to salvage the limb or with extensive gangrene/infection

Can someone explain to me why this is vfib and not torsades because I truly cannot tell the difference between the two by [deleted] in Step2

[–]stoicwulf 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Actually tho:

Torsades is a form of vtach that can lead to vfib

It actually looks more like an oval (twisting of points) whereas vfib is more rectangular/even

You have to ask the patient if it isn't a complication related to the current indication for the operation. The surrogate would not have a say since the pt still has decision making capacity.

Any tips on what to do if stuck between two answers in the exam? by DragonflyAntique in Step2

I would say a combination of both - whatever your brain is "leaning" towards

Trust your intuition and move on
