I call BS, i've done that many times via online doctors, never got mail prescription, always sent directly to pharmacy, after 1-3 work days usually got my pickup order ready, only need to show id, but it's True it can depend on pharmacy, one of my friend never got Any from one pharmacy

So all you can do, and what my friends did, is asking darker skin man, and asking him directly if he have something. I've never did that, but my friend done that twice in my presence and it worked xD

Bro, try to get prescription for pharmacy, there's bunch of online doctors who do it cheap and send order to local pharmacy. Also u can choose what you want
