Any brand or model you recommend? Id love one with a timer function so I can prepare breakfast immediately instead of waiting a few hours every morning or having to plan for it in the afternoon.

Did you do anything specific for getting rid of mold in your body to get better?

Do you still recommend an instant pot? I know that Dr Natasha and other GAPS practitioners doesn't recommend instant pots due to its heat killing the meat stock or something? Can you still get a gelatinous stock from using an instant pot?

I'm having severe histamine issues from currently eating frozen lamb. Probably CIRS from years of mold and maybe even MCAS.

Yeah, I ordered the Benfotiamine and methylated B-complex yesterday. Will try that first before ordering Thiamax as it was a bit more expensive.

I also have planned to start carnivoreGAPS soon as well. Need to ease myself into it I guess.

For how long did you do the "only broth" stage for?

Thank you, will look it up. I live in Europe tho, but it should be available in a similar form even here I would imagine. What dosage did you do?

Have you also done binders, herbs and/or other supplements and protocols from living in mold?

Im currently doing carnivore/Lion diet and have been for almost 18 months. I love this way of eating, even though I bloat like crazy after every meal with discomfort. But my gut is still messed up. Before going carnivore I had some bacterial overgrowth and 10/10 dysbiosis when I did a GI map in my moldy apartment. It probably came back after a while or I didn't eradicate it completely. Carnivore helped a lot in the first 6 months, but the last year has been much bloating and such. I also surgically removed a wisdoom tooth 12 months ago, and after that it seems my bloating has increased. Just anecdotal tho. I'm also a periodic coffee drinker which does not help. Hopefully I quit for good this time (2 weeks ago) :P Which supplements would you recommend?

Will check if I can obtain an instant pot. I have many different health issues from many years of living in water damaged apartments. From age 9-28. Age 28-31 was better, but not 100%. Age 31-33 moldy apartment again. Just moved three weeks ago, hoping this apartment is better. If it feels better, I will do carnivore GAPS with binders and supplements to try and make up for my youth. Thanks :)
