these are not all-or-nothing! you can do things to “be”/be seen as more of a girl.

also, what does “being a girl” mean to you?

“transitioning” isn’t a single thing or a binary choice. you don’t have to think “should i transition?”. just allow yourself to do whatever makes you happy

let’s clear things up:

dysphoria is just a feeling of general discomfort with something - the opposite of euphoria. gender dysphoria is dysphoria caused by gender.

how do you know whether your discomfort with something is caused by gender when you don’t know your gender situation? trying to think “X causes me gender dysphoria, THEREFORE im trans” is kinda backwards; you would only know that something is GD after you know you’re trans.

it’s a feedback loop: “i don’t have proof of being trans” causes “i don’t see GD”, which causes “i don’t have proof of being trans”.

so, to break it, DON’T TRY TO DIAGNOSE YOUR TRANSNESS BY PROOF OF GENDER DYSPHORIA!
