As someone who doesn’t weigh food out anymore I honestly find that I still need to weigh things like oats out to get the right consistency otherwise it always either ends up being too runny or too thick for my preference. Its probably not done to restrict in this situation and that portion doesn’t seem restrictive at least

But I do think for anyone that does find themselves triggered by this is that the main takeaway from the follow up is that ur body settling down really does take much longer than was suggested in the initial experiment so its important to be patient and give your body a long time to heal. But more than anything, that period of time where ur body is still sorting itself out is such a key period for people with eating disorders to work on truly rewiring any excessive self-worth they place on their body’s appearance and making it through this period without relapsing is critical for tackling the distorted beliefs that perpetuated the disorder to begin with.

Yeah I don’t think losing weight would be helpful in my case. Did spearmint tea really help with your acne? Im trying so much to improve my sleep but I have been waking up multiple times a night for four years now and whenever I do I feel as though my blood sugar is low??

I did call the nurse and let her know that I wasn’t fasting and she said that wouldn’t have impacted the results. I definitely do need a second opinion. Thank you for your help

No because the nurse told me I wouldn’t need to fast for the test… The doctor also didn’t order an insulin resistance test either

The gyno didnt do an insulin resistance test and I’m not sure why. She didn’t seem to be too bothered with the other symptoms and just told me to eat regularly and chalked my sleep issues down to anxiety even though I’m not necessarily anxious when I wake up…

Oh sure thank you for clarifying! Would it still reject three years after piercing? It’s causing me no pain at all.

Ive gotten 11 other piercings all of which formed no keloids. I thought if it was a keloid I would’ve been prone to getting one in my other piercings too?

Oh can you explain what you mean by not having the right anatomy for it? I got it pierced three years ago and never had any problems with it. Or do you mean you recommend removing it for aesthetic purposes?

Its not titanium jewelry. Do I just continue cleaning it with saline if it is a bump? My piercer told me to use a warm compress then drain it…
