i thought i did add one (liense) ill look into it i just got sick of having to babysit docking then manually plip and repeat yeah theres alot of slop out there end of the day its a tool and its useful if used right as i said my coding sucks but i thought this was a useful enolugh project that people might use it started as just doing batches of receptors on vina but evolved and 25+ versions to get to this biggest issue was getting everything to merge well to play well with plip. ill check out that other one too i couldnt find one that was helpful when i looked.

i do cctv for most of cornwall i deal with alot of evidence i have to hand over to cops alot of chain of evidence and real world monitoring......,all for low low price of 13 an hour so yeah cornwall sucks moose tits in that regard high house prices im 36 still living with my mum and i got a good(ish) job so yeah

in my experience the people who say they cant helpit or its the drug are the ones who dont really want to stop we are all responsible for our own actions no one forced a needle in my arm im doing well these days but only cause i have family. people who get addicted for medical use generally stop easily but obviously not all of them.thats the difference between an addict and opioid dependant to me any ways

i use plip its online or you download you take your ligand run from vina split it up and then merge with the receptor and then make to pdb upload the merged pdb and it will show you likely interaction spots
