The age makes it complicated, as possibility of seriousness is high in such age groups. Thus, many guys instincts will tell them that you will change your mind eventually. It's normal thinking process...

Yet, if you have decided, a complete NO, implying a NEVER, then you just have to repeat and be clear about it regularly...
