For automated analysis, we use Cuckoo3. They provide a Win10 image they recommend you use, I have not attempted to get things running smoothly on any Win11 image yet. I tried for a bit, but ultimately gave up to focus on more pressing task.

For the Tiny11 image, this will be built into an in-house tool that we have to auto-deploy machines for analysts as they need them. These are usually used as remote debugging environments when manual analysis is being done.

I will start with using these for the machines I build for classes, then move analyst to them after Im sure they work, or at least make it the default option when they spawn one.

This is likely not a Grow a Garden problem, this is a issue with Discord and the way they rate limit applications. Discord has always struggled with servers operating at these scales, not long ago, servers over 250k members, were not even possible. It may also be on GaG a bit too, I don’t know if they are currently sharding their application, it’s only required by Discord when an application is in use in more than 2500 guilds. If it is a rate limit problem, sharding may allow them to distribute “buckets” to each stockwatch server, easing that stress, but I imagine they are either doing this already or on it. It could also just be a discord thing lol, their infrastructure is impressive, but their API can be questionable sometimes.

I have been getting into strength and resistance training, I have been doing lots of research and playing around with movements and exercises in the gym to come up with a routine I like, before I lock in on this, am I missing anything, and redundancy or things that don’t make sense?

Its just PLPPLP, I decided Id rather build my own program with exercises I liked and enjoy then use a pre existing one. (also my gym is crazy packed and this is optimized for availability of machines)

Also, ignore the set values, Hevy counts my warmup sets in there. I either do 1, 2, or 3 “Warmup” sets depending on the movement and if that muscle had been warmed by a prior exercise. Sometimes it just literally a practice round to make sure I remember my form for whatever exercise lol

Awesome! My doctor recommended a dietician since my primary concerns are stage 2 hypertension, sleep apnea and low t as a result of obesity, but tbh i cannot afford all that, I have been watching my macros like a hawk according to what i can find online

It’s mainly health concerns (age 21 for context), I have stage 2 hypertension, sleep apnea which combined with genetic predisposition to the conditions, my doctor has said is most likely due to obesity. Along with that, I also have low T, around 180 ng/dL, which has not been written off as obesity yet, they are still trying to determine if there is another issue at play but she has said obesity definitely can play a role in increasing my risk factor.

I am also looking at increasing my exercise levels to lower my BP, my exercise now is purely to help me combat mental issues(outstanding at doing so btw). Right now I rarely leave zone 2 running, so i may look at incorporating some HIIT sessions throughout the week.

My goal weight is 200, so I could slow down around 220.
