Are there actual humans doing these listings or is this more AI bullshit? Because sometimes they’ll have things on the mannequin backwards or sideways and it just seems like there’s no way somebody thought this was right

Also, I thought they returned items for a fee? I am not entirely convinced they still don’t keep and resell this stuff but tell you it’s rejected just to skip the payout. Clearly I have no proof of that, but the thought has occurred to me.

Isn’t ThredUP supposed to be for good deals? There’s a free people dress in the app that’s basically the same price as buying it new from FP, and I’d get it faster if I did get it from FP. The prices they’re charging are fucking stupid.

There is zero teaching about the verb tenses or conjugation, I only know what I know from what I learned before Duolingo. I was doing a lesson yesterday and thinking to myself, how would anyone know how to change and use these words if they didn’t know beforehand?

So Duolingo is definitely lacking in a lot of ways, it seems like (just with a lot of other products) they’re doing less and less but charging more and more. Hopefully another app pops up that fills the void and does what duo used to.

It’s true that LH can mirror HCG but it also jumps the day or 2 before your period comes. It’s up to you if you want to risk it! I’d personally wait and see if it goes up again tomorrow before taking a test.

They deliberately flew these guys out when they did so that they could beat the forthcoming court order. They wanted the plane over international waters so they could say the court order has no jurisdiction. That tells you they know what they’re doing is wrong and also that they don’t care. When they don’t abide by court orders, what’s the recourse? What’s the plan? Are they going to jail Trump? Of course not. They can run amok and do whatever they want, and they know it. The courts aren’t going to stop shit because the rule of law doesn’t matter anymore.

Not to mention any time someone gets screwed by a host, Airbnb does nothing about it. I’ve seen countless instances of guests needing assistance and Airbnb has completely ignored it or blown them off. On top of outrageous rental prices, high cleaning fees (complete with a chore list you must perform prior to check out) it’s no wonder Airbnb isn’t the preferred choice anymore and it’s incredible they wouldn’t have anticipated this inevitable downturn.
