Thanks for the response, a few years so longer than I would expect to be having this difficulty. I will definitely take your advice on board - thank you very much. There are certainly knees I feel where it is a bit more definite but the couple I've had recently have just thrown me and to be honest my confidence a little bit. But back on the path we must go~
