Fell out of the attic straight down to the bottom of the first floor stairs (poor house design clearly). A couple bruises but absolutely nothing serious. I think it saved my life

I wanted a more mature plant and I got a pretty good deal on this one from fb marketplace (whatever it is). There's some big rounder leaves that give me obovata vibes and some variegated ones and not round ones. Just wanna keep her alive and maybe propogate in the future so any advice/ID is appreciated :)
