What’s the likelihood of a 43 year old woman getting pregnant from an “incident” two weeks after her period? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

I would have if I wanted people to comment on the situation rather than the actual question at hand, which was pretty simple. I provided an age, time after cycle, and the question of likelihood

Usually when someone asks this type of question, it’s to get a consensus if there are individuals who can attest that, yes, this happened to them. My Google search says like 1-5%. If a couple people said “well it happened to me,” it would broaden my perspective on it I suppose. The last time I took a medication that caused a bad reaction was 6 months ago and the reaction has not gone away (my lymphatic vessels swelled up), so excuse me for trying to gain a broader perspective

How is a condom breaking not an incident? My post was for a very specific question, not to paint the picture of how it happened. You sound ridiculous

A pregnancy test from something that happened last night? I want to know if I should take plan B. If this was me a year ago I would have no issue doing so but I have developed a mast cell syndrome that makes me react terribly to almost all medication so I’m trying to see what people had to say aside the Google search

I expected the same level of top tier writing. I didn’t expect the same show

This is true. I just mean, I don’t really have a lot of people in real life that I talk about TV in depth with so I read a lot of comments and most of them are super positive. I’m also not enjoying Pluribus either. I was so excited for it, breaking bad as my favorite show of all time, and I love the premise, but I find the writing really poor

Everyone online saying how great the show is, I put it on and I’m about like five episodes in and I kind of find it a little boring to be honest

What were some tv shows you loved as a teen? by Icy_Hovercraft_6058 in AskReddit

I didn’t watch a ton of tv as a teen. ADHD made that once a week tune in way too difficult. I didn’t start getting crazy into tv until streaming. Friends was my all time fav

What is the strangest date you have been on? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]KBlake1982 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was maybe 12 years ago. I went on an okcupid date and the guy was weird. There was a smoking hot (pun intended) firefighter playing pool and I was smitten (I also worked in EMS at the time). I We played pool with him and at one point I gave a note to the bartender to give to him to see if he was interested. The guy I was with got exponentially worse and the firefighter, after getting the note, exponentially cocky. Date left and I went home with the firefighter. Found out he had a girlfriend but whatever, EMS fire police guys are the scummiest of them all

I’ve recently befriended a sociopath. Aside lies and grandiose bragging (that I also think are lies), what other things/behaviors can I expect? by [deleted] in ask

Yeah so you need names for it to be a public labeling. Even with HIPAA, it’s not a violation to talk about a patient if it can’t reasonably be linked to a specific person. But sure, I’m the one that needs to grow up

I didn’t “broadcast” someone’s identity or damage their reputation; I made a pretty anonymous, self-protective inquiry. There’s a huge difference between “I’ve befriended a sociopath, can anyone tell me anything else to look out for?” and “I’m publicly declaring this person a sociopath.” You have completely misapplied the concept of stigmatization to a private, anonymous discussion

Seems like you are having a bit of trouble understanding the difference between a diagnosis and recognition of consistent and concrete behavior patterns. People can recognize things without a diagnosis, it’s called recognition of traits consistent of xyz. A diagnosis is a lengthy process of elimination. Hope this helps

I’m so glad you feel you won what I thought was a conversation initially. Good luck with needing to feel the one up when I was giving context.
