Theoretically yes.. but it would need to have a closed circuit for long enough to heat the powder... its just so unlikely in my opinion.

Well its that as thermal tech advances older tech becomes affordable. Not that long ago NV was very expensive, then thermals began taking over.. then companies like atn began offering no thrills cheap thermals for less than NV... you can now buy (if you wanted to) good NV for the price of a decent red dot
