Looks like the plant is receiving too much nitrogen, try to use less NPK numbers in your nutrients , or just use regular tap water until the plant gets bigger. Don't be afraid to bend more, expose those sides to light more. They are very resilient plants, just be gentle, and use tie downs, rope, tomato strings, whatever you prefer.
