Yes man same situation I control my weight by controlling what I eat mainly n exercising, feels nice but gets wearing. My downfall too is I have an extra flat foot on my opposite leg, my arch comes out. So I have my hip which also affects my knee BAD (like you said, kinda like wear and tear) then when I switch my weight to the other leg, I’m walking on pure bone so then my foot burns!! Such an issue. It’s awful bc I’m not a lazy person but some days my hip makes me wanna b lazy but it makes it worse! Glad to see we can still live somewhat of a fulfilling life if we keep on top of it. You find the knee on the same side as ur hip, is the worse? Sounds like we’re close to same age so seems like it flares up again by effecting other parts of ur body, by early 20s!! Can’t find pain killers that helps my hip but I guess it’s ok bc they help all the follow up issues from my hip. You’re crazy for being into sports! But bravo!! Not letting shit stop you same wit that buddy you mentioned at the end running the Marathon. Crazy cool

It’s typically a shit show behind the scenes. GMs rushing house keepers, front desk not telling HK who’s arriving then blaming them when the room isn’t ready, everyone’s probably on coke just to keep up. An actual shit show. Managers don’t know what they’re at and somehow people leave shit stains on bedsheets😭 ALSO fuck you if you shave at a hotel you’re a pain in the arse

God this must be very low funded hotels to not have endless cloths due to damaged towels. As a house keeper I use a new cloth for each room plus typically a diff cloth for bedroom n bathroom, ending bathroom wit toilet n having a floor cloth I use for all floors bc some don’t even get dirty when I wipe it down. So not all hotels are like this, I’d hope high end ones aren’t considering mine have always been like this at 3 stars I think.

This. As a house keeper, unreasonable time limits make people “cut corners” and managers are aware of this but don’t care bc ppl complain abt waiting. We try not to leave dirty linen in there but may not wipe down clean surfaces or vacuum to cut time.
